All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers. Slice Factory does not store full payment card details. By submitting payment, you authorize us or our partners to charge your selected payment method for your order.
2.3 Order Cancellations or Modifications
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible depending on preparation status. Please contact the location directly as soon as possible for assistance.
3. Loyalty and Rewards Program
The SliceLife Loyalty Program allows customers to earn and redeem rewards through in-store or online purchases. Participation is voluntary.
3.1 Membership
To participate, you may need to register via the SliceLife mobile app or website. Registration requires basic information such as name, email address, and phone number.
3.2 Rewards and Benefits
Points or rewards earned have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined with other accounts. Slice Factory reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
3.3 Termination of Membership
We may terminate or suspend loyalty accounts for fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Catering Services
Catering orders may require advance notice and a minimum order amount. Pricing, delivery zones, and availability depend on location. Cancellations or changes must comply with the terms provided at the time of booking.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Slice Factory website and app—including logos, images, menus, graphics, and text—is the property of Slice Factory or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any material from our Services without written permission.
