Growing up in Naples, Italy, in the early '90s, life revolved around family, food, and celebration. My mother's garlic tomato sauce filled the air, welcoming friends and neighbors with its irresistible aroma. "Domenic, get your butt in here and eat!" she'd call out, her voice as warm as the meals she lovingly prepared.
When our family moved to Chicago in the late '90s, we brought more than just suitcases—we brought our passion for creating unforgettable meals. In 1998, my parents, Vince and Lina DiDiana, opened their first pizza restaurant, combining our Italian roots with the city's vibrant energy. From Berwyn to Oak Lawn, we became known for serving delicious, affordable food and welcoming customers like family.
Years later, inspired by my parents' dedication and the love they poured into every Pizza Slice, I decided it was my turn to take a real slice out of life. In 2013, with my wife by my side and my first child on the way, I launched Slice Factory®.
Slice Factory® is more than a restaurant—it's a family tradition reimagined, From our famous Jumbo Slice to the all-new EDGE Pizza with 360 degree crust, we're on a mission to bring people together over great food. Today, we offer delivery, takeout, catering, and dining-in options, always staying true to our roots while looking toward the future.

The Heart and Hands Behind Slice Factory
Meet the passionate individuals who make Slice Factory a reality. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
As the Founder of Slice Factory, Dom DiDiana has been on a mission to revolutionize how people experience pizza, one slice at a time. Growing up in the family pizza business, Dom was immersed in the world of dough, ovens, and customer service from an early age. In 2012, he took over as CEO and transformed Slice Factory into a thriving brand known for its innovative Jumbo Slices and groundbreaking Slice-Thru drive-thru concept, bringing convenience and quality to pizza lovers everywhere.
With a passion for innovation and a relentless drive to grow the brand, Dom has led Slice Factory to new heights, expanding to multiple locations and introducing exciting new concepts like the EDGE Pizza. His leadership philosophy is rooted in treating everyone like family—a value that drives the culture at Slice Factory and extends to both customers and team members.
Outside of Slice Factory, Dom is a Visionary & Innovative leader, mentor, and family man who thrives on building connections and delivering unforgettable dining and hospitality experiences. His ultimate goal? To make Slice Factory a household name nationwide, one slice at a time.
Hailing from Naples, Italy - Luigi brought his dedication and passion for hard work to Slice Factory in 2013. As Director of Operations, Luigi oversees the day-to-day activities that keep the company running smoothly. His commitment to excellence and hands-on leadership ensure that every slice meets the high standards our customers love. Luigi’s roots and experience bring an authentic touch to everything we do.
Ariana started her career with Slice Factory in 2016 as a cashier and has since grown into her role as Executive Assistant through hard work and determination. She plays an important part in supporting the CEO and President, ensuring their tasks and projects are executed seamlessly. In addition, Ariana manages customer relationships and oversees the catering department, bringing passion and precision to every aspect of her work. Her genuine love for people and deep connection to Slice Factory make her a vital part of the team.
Outside of Slice Factory: Ariana is a social person who enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and two dogs. Whether it’s relaxing at home, enjoying a meal with loved ones, or just soaking in the little moments! Her warm personality and passion for connecting with others shine through in everything she does, bringing joy to everyone around her, even outside of work.
Peter joined Slice Factory in January 2025, bringing confidence, determination, and a results-driven mindset to the team. As Director of Catering and Events, he leads all aspects of our catering operations—from planning and execution to customer satisfaction and beyond. Peter also oversees catering sales, actively building relationships with local businesses and community partners to grow our presence and expand our impact. His strategic approach, paired with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, ensures that every event reflects the quality, care, and energy that define Slice Factory.
When he's not at Slice Factory, Peter loves spending time outdoors, going on adventures with his kids, and making memories with family. Whether it's hiking, exploring new places, or just enjoying the fresh air, he’s always up for the next adventure.## Join Our Slice Factory Squad
